As you may have noticed, the Shrine is undergoing some renovations. Typical of me to do the decorating when the world goes crazy! And hasn't it been a bumper month so far? so much to report! The renovations one the site should be finished soon so hopefully you can appreciate them fully in a couple of weeks.

So here's few headlines from what's been going on.

25th February 2001: Still Bouncin' at number 1 - Once again they've done it: The Kittens hold on for a fourth week! But it could be the last as next week see's the seriously massive Shaggy track finally given an official release over here. If they beat that one to number 1 and The Manic Street Preachers I'll eat my copy of Right Now with marmite!

19th February 2001: Still Bouncin' at number 1 - Once again they've done it, proving pop isn't dead and that they can cut it the Kittens hold on for a third week! Genius!

11th February 2001: Still Bouncin' at number 1 - So having dealt with U2 the Kittens hold of Wheatus and Papa Roach and look set for a possible third week at number 1.

4th February 2001: Bouncin'in at number 1 - The fifth single, Whole Again bounced into the UK chart on at number 1, beating off competition from U2, who had last year proclaimed "pop is dead". Well guess the pompous old gas bags got it wrong then?
